Playcard Fundraiser

Level Up Entertainment in Columbia, Mo is happy to introduce the Playcard Fundraiser. This is an opportunity for organizations in the community to sell $50 playcards (250 credits of game play) for $40. The organization will get to keep 50% of the sales to raise funds for their group. Click HERE to download our flyer! Level Up will also offer PRIZES to top sellers and the organization as a whole.

The Process

1. FILL OUT THE CONTACT FORM ON THIS PAGE!

2. OUR OFFICE WILL GET IN TOUCH TO GATHER DETAILS AND ARRANGE A CARD PICK UP.

3. AT PICK UP, SIGN AN AGREEMENT AND PICK UP A MINIMUM OF 100 CARDS.

4. GET YOUR MEMBERS TO GO AND SELL THE CARDS.

5. WHEN THE FUNDRAISER IS OVER, BRING LEVEL UP 50% OF SALES AND GET TOP SELLER PRIZES!

FAQs

What if we sell out of cards and want more?

-Not a problem! Call us and we can make the arrangements to get more cards for the organization to sell before the end of your fundraiser.

Do we pay upfront?

-No! You will bring us 50% of the sales after your fundraiser is over or the date agreed on the contract.

What happens if we don't sell all of the cards?

-You can either bring them back to us or pay for them and keep them.

How many credits does a Playcard get you?

-A $50 Playcard gets you 250 credits for to use on any of our arcade games.

Can we use them for food or other activities?

-The Playcards will be able to be used at any of our arcade games. Food, beverage and attractions are not included.
